A bit about us and what we've been up to...

Smiljana Glisovic is in her first year as a PhD candidate at RMIT (Cinema). She has published short stories and arts reviews for university presses and online journals, performed, written and produced live theatre, video installations and short films.
She is currently a reviewer for Arts Hub, and you can read one of her latest fiction pieces in Island Magazine.

Alister Mew is sound guy extraordinaire, studying at RMIT and working on numerous projects, including interning at MTC and Malthouse with Darrin Verhagen and work in the recent Liquid Architecture sound festival.
He has recently done sound for the show Smudged, now at the Brisbane Festival, and is about to begin on sound design for the film 'Safe' and an interactive vocal installation. All alongside his Weave Length duties!

Abbie Matthews is currently completing her 3rd year in a Bachelor of Visual Art at the University of Ballarat. She is a visual artist, performer and theatre-maker, most recently seen in the Yarowee Productions reading of Cloudstreet and the Ballarat Arts Foundation 'Alere' exhibition currently showing at Arthur Gallery.

Amy Tsilemanis is working towards becoming a 'master' of theatre at La Trobe University, looking at performance in non-theatre venues (hence the Finch St Installation, see below for details!). You can read some of her fiction here. She also presents the weekly radio show The Tinderbox, with Lauren Daly, playing an eclectic mix of music and inviting artists on to share their work across various artforms.
